Welcome to the 3rd Annual Wellness on the Water — we’re so glad you’re here.
Begin the weekend with a gentle, nourishing experience designed to help you arrive fully—into your body, your breath, and the WOW community. This opening class includes post-travel stretching, mindful movement, and grounding breathwork to release tension, shake off the journey, and reset your nervous system.
More than just movement, this is a moment to land, connect, and set intentions for the days ahead. You’ll be guided through easy, accessible stretches while meeting fellow attendees and tuning into the collective energy that makes Wellness on the Water so special.
Come as you are—tired, excited, curious—and leave feeling grounded, open, and ready to receive everything this weekend has to offer.

Bhakti Yoga: Chanting, Meditation & Sutras for Spiritual ReflectionImmerse yourself in the heart-centered path of bhakti yoga through a gentle blend of mantra chanting (kirtan), guided meditation, and short readings from sacred texts such as the Yoga Sutras and other contemplative writings.
This session invites you into a space of devotion, reflection, and inner stillness. No prior experience with yoga, chanting, or meditation is necessary—only an open heart and a willingness to explore the power of sound and silence.
Please bring water to keep your voice nourished, along with any cushions, blankets, or props that support a comfortable seated position.
This offering is less about muscle power and more about presence—an opportunity to soften inward, quiet the mind, and reconnect with something deeper through breath, mantra, and sacred wisdom.

Sound is healing. Sound is sacred. Sound is around us, but also within us. We will connect with the vibration of our own voices, explore gentle movements to encourage opening and release,e and then settle into deep rest. Come experience an ancient, multi-dimensional sound immersion. This is an acoustic journey with tremendous transformative power. A gong delivers deep vibrational resonances and complex harmonics that extend an invitation to shed dissonant energy, liberate blocked energy, and attune to your best and most vital self. While resting, we will open our hearts, minds, and bodies to the wave of sound from the gong, crystal bowls, and koshi chimes. Our time together will finish with the sound of silence - allowing time to simply listen, write, or share with the group.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or two, and come well hydrated to take maximum benefit of this experience.
