Through intuitive painting, we'll practice creating from a place of joy rather than judgment. Short meditations throughout the session will help us connect with our inner voice and quiet the critical mind. This workshop is about embracing the process, not the product. We'll paint because it's fun and freeing, letting go of expectations about how things "should" look and simply enjoying the act of creation itself. All materials will be provided and you will take home the small work of art you create!

We join together one last time to celebrate community, creativity, and the light we uncovered over the weekend. This closing celebration will emphasize the profound impact our inner growth has on those closest to us. As we deepen our connections, we'll rise together, extending our spirit beyond ourselves to embrace nature and community. This experience is open to all and designed to be an uplifting and unifying conclusion to a weekend dedicated to wellness and self-discovery!
