Wake Up with Krista:  If it is to be, it's up to me.
As the sun rises over Lake DeGray, we’ll gather outdoors to move, breathe, and soften into the natural rhythm of life.
This gentle sunrise practice blends flowing yoga, mindful movement, pranayama, and meditation, inspired by the wisdom of water. Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to release resistance—letting go of forcing, hustling, and striving—and instead allow ease, clarity, and trust to rise from within.
Like water, we’ll practice adaptability, softness, and quiet strength. Movements will be slow and fluid, the breath intentional, and the pauses spacious. You’ll be guided to listen inward, meet yourself exactly where you are, and step into a state of flow—on the mat and beyond it.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, open, and gently carried by the current of the day ahead.
