Her work centers on understanding the body’s early stress signals — and offering simple, supportive tools for both burnout prevention and recovery.
Through guided breath practices, accessible movement, and real-life education, Crysty equips people with tools they can use on and off the mat. She believes burnout is not a personal failure, but a message from the body asking for support. Her classes meet people exactly where they are: every movement is optional, every breath practice is supported, and no experience is required.
