For Kecia McCracken, movement is meant to feel joyful, empowering, and a little bit playful. Her welcoming and encouraging approach helps people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
Her path into fitness began nearly two decades ago with massage therapy school and continued with 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings at The Circle Yoga Shala, where she lived and apprenticed before she and her husband, Glenn, launched their own wellness company. Since then, she has expanded her expertise with certifications in StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell, Pilates Level 1, NASM Personal Training, and Barbell Rehab.
At her gym, Sparkfit, Kecia weaves all of these disciplines together in both private sessions and group classes. Her work now centers almost exclusively on women over 70, where she is known for creating classes that are both challenging and joyful, and for fostering a strong sense of belonging among their members.
