In this all-levels class, you’ll learn the Turkish Get Up step by step in a way that makes this powerful movement accessible to every participant. The Turkish Get Up is a full-body sequence that takes you from the floor to standing and back down again while stabilizing a weight overhead.

This remarkable movement builds core and shoulder stability, improves joint mobility, and develops total-body strength and conditioning like few exercises can. By breaking the movement into clear, manageable parts, you’ll gain confidence, body awareness, and practical strength you can use in everyday life.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and move.

Equipment will be provided.
